SPIRIT SLIDE is a traveling on straight rails only.
Compact in size, it offers a center distance of only 200mm. Discreet, light and silent, it can nevertheless accommodate a robotic head and any load up to 12kg!
A variant of the SLIDE is available for ceiling mounting. The rails are of variable length and can be fitted together. A single rail can be up to 15 meters long!

Like all SPIRIT robots, SLIDE can communicate its position in space in real time via the FreeD protocol.
With the multiCAM TRACKER software, the positions of the various connected devices are aggregated to communicate the coordinates of a global virtual camera under a single FreeD signal.
SPIRIT SLIDE is self-tracking, meaning that no external optical tracking system is required to provide real-time position information. A strip along the rails allows the carriage itself to know its position.
Web Interface
All SPIRIT robotic systems offer a web service to configure the device:
– adjustment of speed and ramping thresholds,
– direction of travel
The interface is ergnomic and allows to perform simple operations like :
– control with virtual joystick
– save position
– position recall at a given speed
– programming of movements (A/B) and loops

With the multiCAM PILOT solution, you benefit from an ergonomic and intuitive interface allowing you to control up to 6 robots and cameras simultaneously.
By using it, you will be able to pre-program and create incredibly precise motion sequences.
